2025-2026 After School Clubs 

Please fill out form below and return to school on the first day to Mr. Egan
BETA CLUB
This club will meet every Monday and is for grades 4th through 8th. Beta Club is a nationally recognized community service honors club that focuses on leadership, achievement, character, and service. Students in this club are required to complete a min of 25 hours of community service and maintain a minimum GPA of 3.5. Most community service hours will be achieved through activities with the club. This club participates in a State Convention every year, but attendance at the convention is not required. Students must apply with an application given to Mr. Egan for review. This club could have travel costs and other fees associated with membership

GRL PWR
Girlz, Inc. will host club meetings on Tuesdays. Girlz, Inc. is an empowering club designed for girls in 6th, 7th, and 8th grades. The club focuses on building confidence, leadership, and life skills in a fun, supportive environment. Through engaging activities, mentorship, and peer connections, Girlz, Inc. encourages young girls to believe in themselves, set goals, and strive for success in all areas of life. Whether it's academics, sports, arts, or personal growth, Girlz, Inc. helps girls realize that they have the power to achieve anything they set their minds to.

DRAMA CLUB
Drama Club will meet on Tuesdays for students in grades 6th-8th, Drama Club is a creative outlet for theatrical minded students. Students will be involved in a variety of theatrical productions and learn about theater and theater terminology. Students along with the club sponsor work together to create different performances. Ideas that the students have been working towards is a haunted house, Improvisation nights, and Murder Mystery dinners. Students are working on creating scenes without the use of props and focusing more on the character. This club helps give the students more confidence, cooperation, and works on reading, reading comprehension and memorization skills needed in their academic life.

ART CLUB
Art Club will meet on Wednesday for students in grades 3-8th. Calling All Artists! Are you passionate about creativity? Do you love to draw, build, or experiment with fun and unique materials? Then the Art Club is the place for you! In Art Club, we’ll explore all kinds of artistry—from traditional drawing and painting to building 3D art with LEGOs, and even making edible art creations! Come discover that art is all around us—in every shape, color, and form. Whether you're a seasoned artist or just curious to try something new, everyone is welcome! Let your imagination lead the way—we can’t wait to create with you!

MINIMOVES CLUB
MiniMoves Club is specially designed for kindergarten and first grade kids to build fine motor skills in a fun, hands-on way!  "Play, Learn, and Strengthen Little Hands!" Join us every Wednesday. In each session, children will: Learn to hold a pencil correctly and improve their handwriting, Practice tying their shoelaces,  Button up by themselves, and become more independent. Boost memory, focus, and attention through playful activities.  All activities are designed to support early learning while keeping things fun and engaging!

4H
4‑H ("Head", "Heart", "Hands", and "Health") is America’s largest youth development organization. This club will meet on Thursdays.  The goal of 4-H is to develop citizenship, leadership, responsibility and life skills of youth through experiential learning programs and a positive youth development approach. Chess club will be every Thursday after-school for students in 2nd to 8th grade and all staff are welcome including teachers. 

CHESS CLUB
The Chess Club offers a safe, nurturing environment for kids to learn abstract concepts and compete with each other in a mental game. Chess teaches critical & abstract thinking, planning, logic and analysis. It improves the ability to concentrate and teaches the value of good sportsmanship. Chess also teaches the importance of behavior management: making good choices and considering all possibilities.
